How do I?

Hi

Just tried changing my profile pic to a photo I have used previously and it is telling me that -

The Dimension limits for this filetype are 175 x 175. We were unable to resize your file so you will need to do so manually and upload it again. Your file is currently 371 x 323.

I have never had to do this before and not sure how I do it, anyone help please?

You can use Microsoft Paint to do that. Mishter Brown uses that to make John Thomas Brown appear larger
