This is a gentleman who was part of the "Veterans Weekend" in Hull. They were showing off an array of weapons and unifroms from the many wars the UK has been involved in when this chap came into view!

I couldn't resist it!

While the big dope is in the other room...let me show you the Tumbelty photos he was going to pass off on the community.

The first is his "Pimple Smasher " ad with Tumbelty's likeness...while the other is his "recent discovery" of a French advertisement from the Franco-Prussian War ( How claims that this ad and accompanying photo shows Tumbelty exhorting the French soldiers to at least try to use a little hygeine...but as we know to no avail.)

I was taking photo's and the guy charged at us, I jumped to my feet and realised ot was part of the show!

They had a few English soldiers come running on firing authentic First World War rifles which was fantastic, they also had an ambulance that was nothing more than a sled being pulled by a large horse!
