How Many Others Died ???

Excluding alleged and actual Ripper victims....how many people can we recall dying as a result or a possible result/influence of the events in the Autumn of 1888?

For example, the young lady who hung herself from fear of the murders,as alleged...or John Brown's wife, who John murdered on the night of the Double Event...with a knife too...

How about you? Have any off the top of your head ?
