Thanks Mike, seems there's a lot of new books for us to delve into.

...or avoid like the plague. Life's too short.
I can guarantee this production will be more HOAX than book.
Powell knows NOTHING about the diary's origins.
And this is the nearest you are likely to get on the message boards to the horse's mouth.
Love,
The Old Nag

Has this indeed been released ? Website says "Coming Soon" but I thought I had heard it had been unleashed upon an unsuspecting world.
This one's gonna be a car wreck you just can't help but slow down and stare at, even though it makes you spit up a little at the back of your throat and you feel deeply ashamed.
Coming soon

Sir Robert, my little niece gave me a deep insight into the all-too-human nature of 'Morbid Voyeurism' which I think you'll appreciate. We were driving down a stretch of country highway notorious for its Roadkill, when I suddenly realized there was a little carcass coming into view up ahead on the shoulder- and it wasn't the usual possum, but a cat. My niece was very sensitive & especially loved kitties. I instantly yelled, ''Close your eyes! Don't look!!'' and reached out a hand to help her cover her eyes. She did so, but as we safely passed the sad sight, she suddenly splayed her fingers a bit, turned her head all the way around to get a good view of the rapidly receding carcass, and BURST INTO TEARS!
I said, ''Honey, WHY did you look, when I said- ??''
She wailed, ''I TRIED NOT TO- BUT I COULDN'T HELP IT! WA-A-A-HHHH!!!''
I guess sometimes ya just can't help it. -Archaic

And it's especially hopeless for me because my primary interest is the Diary, so Steve is going to sell at least one copy in the States.
Actually, for all the grief he's given and received in turn, I do hope the book turns out well for him. You can't slander the dead - at least as far as I know in the States - but convincing people that Feldman was the architect behind the Diary is going to be a tall order.
Assuming of course that's the story he's going with; it does seem to be somewhat flexible from month to month. I think there was even an aborted effort to fit Rumbelow into the story.
The last I heard about this book is that publication has been delayed.
Personally, I await publication eagerly. I mean, it's so obvious that Feldman created the whole diary scam that I can't believe none of us saw through it. It was damned cunning of him to pour more money into the investigation of the diary than could possibly be made out of it. That deflected everyone's attention away from suspecting that he was really behind it all. Clever, clever.

I would hazard a guess and say the lawyers might be looking at it askance.
But that's just me.

For someone like myself, becoming interested in The Diary Saga over the last couple of years & striving to wade through the endless murk, the whole thing is very Bermuda Triangle-y... (-ish?)
I live in hope that at some point I will be Secretly Initiated
By Powers Unknown, at which time it will all become clear. -A.
