In the June issue of Ripperologist, researcher Scott Nelson went back to Butcher's Row in Aldgate and provided a list of people arrested for illegal gaming by a bevy of City Police officers on Dec.7,1890....at the Alliance Club.

This thread could,if one wanted to, serve as a discussion for Scott's concise article on this event.
