I also notice that it didn't take those cyberspace onanists long to try and attack the control panel.:banghead: It never fails...guys who can't get a girlfriend with all that time on their hands...trying to ruin our day. Personally, I could shoot one of them as easy as putting a cigarette out.

What happened to JTR FORUMS this last week, you ask?

The server upon which we had been residing through space leased by our hosting service had undergone a severe PHP attack that shut the server down and actually caused hardware damage. This is why we were offline for several days.

This same server hosts a number of other sites that are often subjected to PHP and DOS attacks. Ironically, our hosting service had already made plans to migrate to a new environ but didn't make it in time to avoid this last outage.

Then, once we had recovered and were back up for an hour or so a few days ago, our host took us offline again to effect the migration. This lasted most of a day and then we were back up, where we still are. On this new server, we should have no more outages from indirect attack.

We are sorry for any inconvenience.
