I have pulled out at £50, its got 14 hours left...
Sellers description.
"Vintage Bull's Eye Police path finder light lamp 1880/1890.
Such lamps were used by Police Personnel during night time as search light.
This bull's eye lamp has clip to hold.
Has very thick & large round glass which is in intact condition with no cracks or chips .
As well as this lamp can also be hanged bicycle & on the wall also.
The burner is in perfect running condition with brass clamp & brass cap for filling kerosene.
Has a reflector which is still bright & shining.
Has shutter which can be used when the lamp do not lit up.
The shutter can be closed & open with the help of a brass knob .
The burner has signature "J C & W.LORD , BIRMINGHAM "
The lamp measures 7" high.
The earlier owner got it repainted as it was little rusted , other wise the lamp is very old."
