Time for what is probably a question many of you have already considered and answered in your own minds...but I'll ask it anyway.

Has anyone ever considered that the family of Kosminski...or whoever the "low class Polish Jew" suspect was.....encouraged or assisted in having the person placed in a mental institution because they were aware that it would be difficult to prosecute a man deemed as incapacitated ? It would mean that they may have harbored suspicions about his mental state in relation to the WM....but without absolute proof of his complicity.

Has anyone been of the impression that the Kosminski family seemed anxious to be rid of A.K. ?

Maybe not so much "to be rid of" him, I think, but to look at it in a kinder light, that becuase of the man's mental state the family thought confinement was better for him.
