Incidentally, besides me being interested in Sir Charles Russell because of the Liverpool/Maybrick connection, he was from County Down, Northern Ireland, and so connected with the same region of Ireland from which haled Major General Robert Ross, who I am researching for an upcoming book (see http://themanwhocapturedwashington.com/).
