Its interesting that the City Police kept and filed this; probably not so much because of what Phillips said, but the benefit of photographing the victim. It appears they took it to heart too.

Default propriety

Hello Howard, Cris. One might point out that there is nothing, in my humble opinion, strange about Dr. Phillips's actions. But he WAS a man of propriety.
