Default Deeming in the House of Commons

The following snippet is from the The Sydney Morning Herald and dated Monday 21st March 1892. It is regarding Frederick Bailey Deeming and questions raised about him in the House of Commons. The question is, where can one obtain these questions?

I have tried, National Archives, Access to Archives, and the Parliamentary Archives using their Portcullis search page.

Hi Mike

It doesn't look as if there is much to it beyond what is stated in that news snippet from Australia, Mike. The Home Secretary, Henry Matthews, stated in response to a question from Thomas Wodehouse Legh, MP (Lancashire, S.W., Newton) on 18 March 1892 that he did not have information to impart on the Rainhill murders apart from what had appeared in the press. You can read the exchange here.

Thanks Gents, I posted the same material on Facebook and Twitter and found Hansard. From there I found two different questions from March and April 1892.
