    That's a nice video! So are the others in the series.

    I was reading a while back that the food police are coming down on Scottish Eggs...in Scotland...because the kids are getting too fat. So I looked up a recipe at that time, after reading the article. I think that recipe called for sausage. The ham would be nice but I could do without the allspice and nutmeg I think.

        The eggs are the least of their worries I went to a rugby match in Scotland three years ago, and the (football) stadium in which it was played were selling delicious Scotch Pies with the advertising tagline: "New!!! 30% less fat". The very idea that it was possible to wring out 30% of the fat content - without any discernible ill effects on the flavour - says a lot about how much fat was in them to begin with!

            They were probably 30% smaller.
