Dennis Parsons Black Magic theory

Where can I find further details in regard to the 1991 Black Magic theory of Dennis Parsons mentioned by Melvyn Harris ?

Howard reports Dennis Parsons as being in the old A-Z but omitted from the new one, but I can't find him in either

Apparently he could identify objects and pictures in the Kelly photographs similar to KT

Neems...I looked in the content found on the above link, but must have overlooked reference to Parsons.
Personally, I am not familiar with that particular theory.

I'll have a look in my Melvyn Harris books - I seem to recall reading about it previously because the castle in the picture sounds familiar, but I don't remember any magical theory
