Default Chapter One Test thread

We are happy to present the O'Donnell Manuscript for the Ripper Community.

October is O'Donnell Month here on the Forums.

Due to time considerations it will probably take a month to get the balance of the 375 pages watermarked and placed.

Enjoy.

Dear Bob:

I will begin to put more pages up either Friday night ( tonight ) or Saturday morning.

Tim will probably establish the website viewing list while I do the watermarking. If Tim resets the system to prevent non-members from viewing the OD,...except of course Casebook members......which should induce more to join us AND Casebook ...then I may be able to avoid ( and save time ) watermarking each page. Its an awful lot of work for one person and in addition,it might be counter productive and make some lose interest before they see the whole thing.

Hang tight,Bob....its a'coming sir.

Folks:

Let me know if the first page,as well as the next 6 or 7 pages are satisfactory.

Please feel free to criticize the jpegs if they are too difficult to read. You may do so here on this thread.

By the way, nothing has been retouched on the manuscript. All markings and overwrites were made by Mr.O'Donnell himself.

Hi Howard

This is great stuff, even if we might not agree with Mr O'Donnell's opinions and research. I wonder if there is a way to make the copyright markings less obtrusive? The pages are readable but the repeated diagonal copyright notice is a bit obtrusive. I quite understand why it is being done though. Maybe screen it back somewhat or use a different lighter color? Just a thought for you to consider.

Chris
