I think there is a world of difference between one writing a rather macabre travel book and joking (I will give them the benefit of the doubt) about assassinating a sitting president.

One of the funnest things I did in London was go on a rather cheesy Jack the Ripper tour that took you to the sites of his murders. But hopefully that doesn’t make me as bad as someone who jokes about cutting up hookers.

Funniest thing? Rather cheesy? Hmmm - I wonder whose tour this was.....
