I finally got old of a copy of Peter Underwood's Jack the Ripper- 100 Years of Mystery and a few things have made me sit up and think eh??
The sections on Mary Kelly that got me quite interested are the following claims, Mary Kelly is from Newcastle Apparently Underwood was told so by John Morrison! Mary Kelly was with Child This is repeated throughout, and no source is given. Mary Kelly's illigitimate child was adopted by the Daley family This is another piece of information from John Morrison, and he states that Kelly's illigitimate child was adopted by the Daley family of Bristol! Mary Kelly was sent wreaths from The Britannia and Ten Bells The funeral was said to have been a typical East End funeral, with women weeping and men bowing their heads, and wreaths from several of Kelly's old haunts! Does anyone have any sources for these claims?

John Morrison's theory sounds like an episode of the X-Files, involving a cover up by the Prison Services, British Government, Scotland Yard, and The Guiness Book of Records!
