Ft. Worth? It's becoming personal now, buddy.

Howard, you had been using a highlighting marker that allowed one to read the words being emphasized. Now all I can see are really dark red rectangular blotches.

As a matter of interest, this article appeared exactly 63 years before I was born. But the 'Daily Gazette' was long gone by then; there was then only the 'Press' and the 'Star-Telegram', and now only the latter has survived.

I continue to be impressed/amazed by what all you are finding, and am even more amazed that so much ripper 'red meat' has remained hidden for so long. Your findings listed on the 'Ripper Photograph' thread are eye-poppers, and should be acknowledged as major finds.

Timmers:

Thanks for the kind remarks.
The heavy red blotch is, unfortunately, how the papers are marked when using specific search terms on some papers. In the case of the article in question, the words are either "whitechapel" or "murders".
