Nothing Says ‘I Hate You’ Like a ‘Vinegar Valentine’
For at least a century, Valentine’s Day was used as an excuse to send mean, insulting cards

Here's a not so vinegary one from the 19th Century

    Roses are red
    Violets are blue
    You only look lovely
    When I've had a few

        Roses are black
        Violets are grey
        So I'm colour blind
        Who cares anyway?

Reported on the news this morning. Valentines cards for pets! They are producing special custom Valentines cards for your specific pet. Howard, its not a good idea to send a card to your pet Boa Constrictor saying 'Give me a hug.'

                  Roses are red,
                  Ivy is green,
                  Between your looks
                  and my brains,
                  We’re not quite a team!

                    Roses are red
                    But sometimes they're pink
                    Your perfumes are lovely
                    But sometimes they stink
