  • Kind Words For The Forums

Every so often someone here on the Forums will send me a message expressing their opinion on various things.

I won't name names, but I received this today and thought it worth sharing.

    **********************************************

I'm finding the forums a thoroughly engaging place and have spent the past few days perusing threads. I am in awe of all the hard work and the amount of thought everyone seems to put into their posts and threads and it is inspiring!

That is really nice. The Forums are a great place to get information. I have used various threads for knowledge on subjects other than JtR.

(Considering good research and thoughtful answers, I take it that person has not yet been introduced to the Weekly Caption Contest?)

What a nice thing to say - and long may we continue to live up to the compliment! Our anonymous fan's comments are much appreciated

They've got a point. I may be a newbie here, but this is one of the most civilized, drama-free forums I've ever been a part of.

There is a great Facebook group run by a relative of Jack Hargreaves.

I wonder if he ever used scrapple as ground bait?

Nah! Scrapple is frowned upon even more than dynamite.
