  • Lets Keep The Forums Going Strong - Donations Drive

    Nothing worthwhile is easy....or free.

Many folks on the Forums get the benefit of the hard work of the best researchers in the field and for free. For a long time, its been a hard core group of like-minded people who have reached into their wallets and tossed a fiver into the yawning coffers of our Pay Pal account. Some more than a fiver....and some on numerous occasions.

You can keep the site going forward and become a part of that progress with a token of your appreciation....your bread.

We don't run annoying ads or ask you to support us and then we'll remove those ads. I have avoided ads, despite being encouraged to do so, because I think that idea sucks.

Sound fair ? It ought to. Some of us work many hours a week making sure things run as smoothly as possible for us all.

You can click on the green button at the top ( donate)...or drop me a line if you don't have PayPal.

    Thank you.

I like the no ads so I'll give some some shiny beads. I mean dollars.

    Done.

Hope it helps keep the lights on!

I’ve sent How a tub of jellied eels - pork pies or kippers weren’t an option.

                Gary:

Thanks....I've fried up a kupla pounds of scrapple and sent them Fed Ex just 30 minutes ago.

If the package stinks, don't sweat it. Its just the natural goodness leaking out.

When I was last in Howard Brown territory I saw scrapple on the menu at a diner. I very nearly did it. Next time I will.

                              Hello Sam

I've been, for nigh on 40 years, Afjording to a good Norwegian friend, trying to work out that when beer is nearly £9 per pint in pubs here, one would have thought there would be a distinct lack of Viking alcoholics. Its enough to give you horns in the head.
Bon Afjord, as the French say in deepest Greenland.
