    Just found a thread on this on Casebook. There are mentions of Walter Lewis Turner about mid way down. The last post has him living in Shipley in the 1881 census.

                      Poor Barbara, lived at the back of a Pub, the Back Bull, which is one of the buildings in thuis picture.

                      I wonder if the kids in the picture were related?
