I know over on Casebook that there's a listing for her in Bethnal Green Workhouse for 1891, who's again a good match with the details gleaned from the infirmary records.

Number 8 was the brothel, whilst the Connellys lived at no. 12. Just proving that there was one nearby.
The 1911 one you posted is a possible. The age is out by 5 years from the Whitechapel Infirmary Mary Connolly but that doesn't necessarily rule her out.

The Bethnal Green Mary Connolly was living at 5 Old Nicholls Street in 1891 according to the Bethnal Green creed registers.

      * The one listed in the 1891 census at Bethnal Green sick asylum and posted by Sally.
