You might not know it....Nina didn't....but Pedro Lopez, the Monster Of The Andes, serial murderer with an estimated 100 to 300 murders under his sombrero...is still loose.
Interpol is interested in him regarding a murder which occurred in 2002...4 years after Lopez was freed on good behavior.
Its good to know that the Third World is up to snuff when it comes to decision making.
