The Toronto Daily Mail news articles shown on posts #1 and #3 on this thread were first presented ten years ago by Roger in The Casebook Examiner. The Oct 2010 issue of that periodical featured a report entitled Inspector Andrews Revisited - Part Three, and those Canadian news articles were revealed. We learned that Tumblety was heading from Toronto to Hot Springs, Arkansas in late January 1888.
The Toronto article on post #4 reported that Tumblety is currently stopping at a West Street boarding house. That place was called the Cornish Arms Hotel and it was located very close to where the La Bretagne had docked.
Simon Wood discovered a rare photo of the Cornish Arms Hotel. I had the photo printed in the December 2016 issue of Ripperologist in an article entitled Irish Summer.
