I came across this, but to be honest I'm not sure what it is:

It seems to indicate that Hasted was the proprietor of the ELA from '85 to '91, when W. A. Locke took over. Perhaps that would account for the change of address.

Hasted was born in 1837 and died in 1894.
In the 1881 census the address is 504 Mile End Road.

It was quite a full household.

This image shows the Electoral Register entry for 1890, amended in accordance with the ruling in September 1889 to show G H Booth's qualifying premises described as 'office' rather than 'dwelling house'.

It must have been deemed that there were two hereditaments for electoral purposes -the office - for which George Henry Booth registered, and the residential unit above for which Hasted registered.

George Henry Booth actually lived at 3 Lee Park in Blackheath - not that far from Druitt!

Hasted's address in the probate register was 306 MER.

The man who was presumably his son seems to have shot himself in 1928.
