Thats interesting in that a former colleague of mine claimed that the George Hutchinson was his grandfather. I took it with a pinch of salt as now he would be about sixty years old, too young I thought to have a grandfather almost a hundred years old when he was born. But as the above shows he had a young family despite being in his fifties so its quite possible that he could have been Georges grandson. Unfortunately I can't ask him for more details as he left to become a London cab driver.

That was about thirty years ago that I last saw him, I don't think he was into genealogy. He mentioned it to me when I told him that my first job after leaving school was in Mitre Square.

Do you know his approximate age and where he lived?

As a suggestion. Neil left to take up a career as a London (black) cab driver. If you could get in touch with the cab drivers associations and leave a message asking them to contact him and ask him to get in touch with you.

                    Of course...
Two of Hutchinson's grandchildren died in the Bethnal Green Tube Disaster. Joan aged 10 and William aged 6.
Along with three Lechmeres - one of CAL's sons, his daughter in law and grandson.

I think the widower (I think called Moss) of one of Hutchinson's granddaughter's is still alive, or was up to a few years ago. She committed suicide I think around 1960, throwing herself off a hospital roof... I think St Andrews which was in Bromley By Bow.
This is from a shakey memory.

The son whose children died was I think William Percy and Reginald was the prime informant of his father's involvement in the Ripper case.
I think Reg died in the 1990s.

If he’s still in Chadwell Heath, he’s not far away from where I live.

Hasn't this George Hutchinson been disproved as being 'the' George Hutchinson?

Could well be, the only thing is he left to take up driving a cab long before 2008. Unless of course he left the cab trade and returned to it in 2008.
