  • Hey, Kattrup, since you appear to be Lord (or is it Lady?)* Orsam’s representative on earth, and he/she clearly doesn’t have the balls to ask Paul Begg the question about Monro that he/she is so desperate to ask, directly, do you think you could summon up the courage to ask it on his/her behalf?

As I’ve explained before, even if I were one of His/Her Lord/Ladyship’s grovelling acolytes, eager to do his/her any bidding - and such people do exist - I simply don’t have sufficient knowledge of the subject to even frame the Munro question, let alone to field Paul’s responses, should he be gracious enough to make them.

You never know, given your high status as H/HL’s mouthpiece, you may even be able to winkle out the admission of a single mistake made by Paul in decades of Ripper research and authorship. What a coup that would be for the Spandex Bully - and for you! You might even be invited to Orsam Towers to sip from the cesspit - albeit only briefly, before the dogs were let loose. O! clearly doesn’t have the balls; I don’t have the brain: cometh the hour, cometh the Kattrup? Are you a man or a mouse?

*If you’ve managed to wade through the Great Grimpen Mire of word-vomit you are promoting, you’ll understand my confusion as to his/her Pukiness’s gender. And why I’ve chosen to respond before Orsam Day.

I believe Kattrup was simply posting the latest from that blog. I don't think he did it to upset anyone.

We’ll have to agree to differ on that, How.

          Thanks Howard.

Gary, I’ve never been in direct contact with David Barrat and I’m not his representative or anything like that.

This thread is for discussing the blog which is why I posted about it here.

It would seem to be another excellent piece by Lord Orsam on Druitt which clearly has not been well received by some on here including you.

Can you or anyone else disprove what he has written in relation to Druitt?

Because if I recall in one of his previous blogs he shot down in flames much about the diary which also didn't go down to well with some on here, but again I saw no evidence of anyone being able to prove him wrong then, but this time I wait with baited breath.

              Hi Gary,

I don't think you need worry. Lord O can't have any respect for his supporters. He evidently thinks they are so easily fooled that he can palm them off with any old unsupported opinion dressed up as fact. I think the word for it is ipsedixitism. He's just not quite as accomplished at it as Lord Omlor and Mighty Mel Harris before him.

Kattrup has admitted on several occasions to having no interest in discussing the Maybrick diary, and only seems to pop up on related threads to make personal attacks on the character and motivation of those of us who still do so. But I'm not suggesting for a moment that posting Lord O's updated table of contents was done to upset anyone.

It would be strange to think of anyone getting upset about nothing.

              Love,

              Caz

                  Trevor,

That must be it. I’m upset about the Spandex Bully’s take on Druitt.

                  I can’t deny I’ve heard of Druitt - a suspect, yes? A barrister, teacher, cricketer? How’m I doing?

My Druitt theory is that he isn’t remotely interesting. But perhaps Dave the Rave is suggesting he is the love-child of Billy Maher and Biddy the Chiver, or something else which is actually interesting? Then I’d have an opinion.

                    Hi Caz,

He seems to have delegated his attacks on females to one of his acolytes in particular.

Nice work if you can stomach it.

                          • I thought the minor piece detailing the door in Miller’s Court was particularly interesting.

                            • Yes, it is.

His tendency to to overuse words seems to extend to pictures to. Why show an inferior quality sketch then below it show the same sketch in better quality?

And why show the Goad map with an un-ringed door then one with a ring around it?

Nitpicks in an otherwise interesting piece.
                              Thanks for your time,
