Time After Time -- the movie.
This is Lyn using Dan's account because when I got my new computer I couldn't for the life of me remember my JTR Forums password. This is the only way I can log on until Tim sends me a new password -- via Dan's PMs or I won't see it.
That said, and if I'm posting this in the wrong place, you know to move it, Tim; is Time After Time a flick worth watching? It's been getting rave reviews in the Steampunk world. But the thing that struck me when I watched the preview was the mention of Jack the Ripper. I'm still more Ripper oriented than Steamunk. I feel I ought to watch it because of that, however I've watched a lot of things just because Jack the Ripper had a reference."Behold! I have become the Blue Screen of Death, Destroyer of Hard Drives! Look upon my works, ye mighty, and despair!"

A very good film considering it's all hokum. The basic story line is that JTR (David Warner) steals H G Wells (Malcolm McDowel)'s time machine and ends up in modern day (1979) San Francisco where he starts were he left off in London, you will have to watch the film to find out what happens next.
