Time After Time -- the movie.

This is Lyn using Dan's account because when I got my new computer I couldn't for the life of me remember my JTR Forums password. This is the only way I can log on until Tim sends me a new password -- via Dan's PMs or I won't see it.

That said, and if I'm posting this in the wrong place, you know to move it, Tim; is Time After Time a flick worth watching? It's been getting rave reviews in the Steampunk world. But the thing that struck me when I watched the preview was the mention of Jack the Ripper. I'm still more Ripper oriented than Steamunk. I feel I ought to watch it because of that, however I've watched a lot of things just because Jack the Ripper had a reference.

A very good film considering it's all hokum. The basic story line is that JTR (David Warner) steals H G Wells (Malcolm McDowel)'s time machine and ends up in modern day (1979) San Francisco where he starts were he left off in London, you will have to watch the film to find out what happens next.

Sorry about that, Robert. This new computer of mine has had Dan and me both baffled. I couldn't remember any of my passwords -- it doesn't help that we're told to use a different one for each thing we use and to not write them down -- and Dan couldn't figure out how to get them back. I finally realised that I'd set up gmail to have my 'secret question' forwarded to my Yahoo account. But I couldn't remember that password. Anyway, all's back now, so expect an email.
