In 1939, David C Lamb of the Salvation Army wrote a three part article about his work for Tit-Bits magazine. They appeared on the 16 September, 23 September and 30 September. In part two he briefly mentions Jack the Ripper. it's been mentioned in the past as influencing Colin Wilson.
