When they finally close Mitre Square off, we're going to have Ripper tours that don't visit any of the canonical sites whatsoever (or 'now' if you're JP De Locksley)!

Tour guides do it loudly in front of a crowd

      Phil:

Tourguides can still take the people by some of the streets, can't they ?
Henriques, Durward, and Hanbury Streets are accessible ain't they ?

Sad to hear, Philip. And while Howard is right that people can still visit Henriques Street (formerly Berner Street), Hanbury Street, Durward Street (formerly Buck's Row), and the site of Miller's Court by the White's Row Car Park and conjure up how those sites once were, Mitre Square is the only vaguely "intact" site remaining. By the way, isn't the reported "80 walkers" for that Ripper tour in 1974 a lot for so early a period in the life of Ripper walks?
