There are good grounds to run this poll again, because my outlook on the Rippers final victim has changed since I voted, and perhaps others may have changed their views as well

I wonder if we will ever have an simple option to change our vote.

Probably not Stan So another good reason to have Poll part 2, perhaps if you are kind enough to submit part 2, you could put the time-line up as well, as this would help newer members

I could have put Undecided but with a limit of 10 that would have required eliminating one of the specified cases.

I say ditto to what Karen said. Not a clue myself.

I do think he killed others besides Prostitutes though. Shoot, for all we know he/she might of taken a break from killing Prostitutes to drown kittens instead or he might of went to France, Germany or even the good ole' U.S of A to kill Prostitutes. The only fact I do know is that JTR was a slippery devil.

I think most will go with what they feel as an educated guess.

It seems a poll showing how people's perceptions of this change over time would tell us how people evolve in this field, in their thinking. It could tell us other things, in addition. Maybe a sort of floating poll? I know that my ideas about the victims have changed several times, and I think that's true for a lot of people. If there was a poll set up---somehow---to allow people to vote again, if they change their mind on an issue, and if there was way to keep track of these changes, over a period of time, say a year or so, might be interesting.

Kelly by a plurality but not by a majority.

Surely it would depend on which murderer one considers to be 'the' JTR?

Yes, that could certainly be a factor.

If you thought George Chapman was the killer for instance, you would have to say "Another" because his last murder was years after even Brown.

My choice would be made off the names above though because I would make my pick assuming that we don't know who the Ripper was.

I don't really see any big surprises.

I do know that over on Webslueths they have polls where you can change your vote as well as expand the poll with writ-ins.

I'm beginning to think the last victim was Tel. Where has he got to?

I guess we have to hope for the best.
