Matt:
Crash on, buddy....you're exactly right.
Gareth.....that was PC Long. A little known fact is that Long's real name was Miles.
Miles Long.. Very popular with the ladies of the naughty cinema.

Alright, this is a good one.
I have seen all of the Basil Rathbone SH movies (the best SH by a mile by the way). I also used them to put my first born to sleep LOL
I know there was a Sherlock Holmes movie with Christopher Plummer as Sherlock that features Jack The Ripper.
Hmmmmmm will think about this one and will post if I can think of the answer.
Great question How.

Progress
So here's where I'm at with the second guess:
The Voice of Terror, Secret Weapon and Sherlock Holmes in Washington were all propaganda flicks that were set around WWII. So I don't think Jack is mentioned in those (could be wrong)
The Hound of The Baskervilles, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, The House of Fear, Faces Death, The Scarlet Claw, The Spider Woman and The Pearl of Death - Seen these many times. Can't remember Jack getting a run in any of them.
Which leaves Pursuit to Algiers, Terror By Night and Dressed to Kill.
I'll work it out.......if I have to watch them all LOL
