Sorry, I was out last night in a Victorian mental asylum, make of that what you will, or ask me for an explanation, I dont mind! I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it!

Thats why I havent yet had chance to answer/guess at any of these lovely questions, tho I have enjoyed reading Sam's/Archy's and How's cheerful quiz banter...

Glad they let you out; it's clear you are nutty but harmless.

I told you last week that I DO have Skype, you ding-dong!

It's a free download & so technically simple that even I could do it. I borrowed a Logitech headset from my neighbors; it works fine, but I'll buy a better headset when i know what kind I want & what will fit me.

I'm trying to talk Currerbell into get one; I'm getting callouses on my dang fingers typing to her all the time!

                Dear Cabesagrande*...

"but I'll buy a better headset when i know what kind I want & what will fit me."

Its a frigging headset, woman. What do you mean, "what will fit me". What are you.... a megacephalic?

Look for your daddy...Howar Brown...no "d" at the end of my first name...on Skype tomorrow night...and you better have something to say intelligent or I will hang up on you in a New York minute. I'm down on dummies and shan't waste time on badinage.

                * For the inner gringo in all of you.."bighead".

Despite my ENORMOUS brain, I'm petite & have a small head & small ears & everything nowadays is sized for big fat cretins like-

                        other people.

"One size fits all" never fits me. Ever. I bought a stupid bluetooth thingy that's too large & falls off my ear...
I don't want a big clunky headset made for a big clunky man.

                          Ladies:

As a special request... please provide me with some search terms you may have in mind for me to look up later on in the US newspaper archive I use. I haven't hit a wall yet...but want to try using ideas others may have as well as my own. Terms like " Victorian police'...or "wanton murderer"...or phrases to enter to see if I can dredge up some new newspaper articles tonight.

                          Thanks. I appreciate it.
