Thanks to Chris 100%, I just did the usual Google trick - lol
I think those stairways that are visible are akin to George Yard buildings/ Model dwellings
You'd think there would be loads of photos like these entered into private collections throughout the past few decades

Some very atmospheric ones of Mitre square none of which I had seen before and the Hanbury Street ones are new to me as well
