    How: From what I understand here, you can't make roasted potatoes with scrapple juices. I assume you and Nina will be having a nice, large roast scrapple for Christmas?

    Yes nothing like nice roasties. We used to use the par boil method outlined here.
    I said to the Mrs about getting a fluffier for Xmas but I just got hit.

    The broth and neck, gizzard and liver from duck makes the best giblet gravy there is.
