    JOGGING IN A JUG

1 (12 oz.) can frozen grape juice, preferably red, w/o added sugar
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice, preferably Granny Smith,
    w/o added sugar
    3 (12 oz.) cans water
    1/2 - 3/4 c. organic apple cider vinegar

    Mix well and refrigerate.

Drink 4 - 6 oz, twice a day, with meals.

My brother-in-law, a heavy smoker at the time, said that this concoction cut his smoker's phlegm.

It is also a dietetic aid, good for arthritis, and helps digestion. Even better, it also reduces high blood pressure in many individuals.

Adjust quantities to taste, but include as much apple cider vinegar as you can take.

Thanks, Tim. I have heard good things about apple cider vinegar.

I might try that - Thanks Tim

A friend of mine used to have a booklet with 101 (1001?) uses for apple cider vinegar - not all were dietary

It was described as a bit of a wondrous miracle substance

Apple juice and apple cider vinegar are very good for gallstones (especially if you add a little lemon juice)
