JOGGING IN A JUG
1 (12 oz.) can frozen grape juice, preferably red, w/o added sugar
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice, preferably Granny Smith, w/o added sugar
3 (12 oz.) cans water
1/2 - 3/4 c. organic apple cider vinegar
Mix well and refrigerate.
Drink 4 - 6 oz, twice a day, with meals.
My brother-in-law, a heavy smoker at the time, said that this concoction cut his smoker's phlegm.
It is also a dietetic aid, good for arthritis, and helps digestion. Even better, it also reduces high blood pressure in many individuals.
Adjust quantities to taste, but include as much apple cider vinegar as you can take.
