It is Charles Pitts/precincts/inhabitant occupier of dwelling house/minster precincts.

His neighbours included several Revs, a Very Rev D. D. and a Venerable.

In 1871 it goes Laurel Court House, then Prebendal House, then the Pittses. So maybe Prebendal House can be located.

In 1851 they're in Cathedral Precincts between Minster Yard and Gravel Walk.

There was a Charles Pitts with mother Pitts born end of 1860, Peterborough. A Charles Pitts dies Peterborough 1862 aged 1.
