  • Could someone try to access Charles Pitts, Peterborough, 1867 in UK electoral 1832-1932 on FMP? It could turn out to be Charles Potts, Fred Pitts or anything, but whatever it is it won't come up for me.

    • It eventually loaded. Doesn't help.

It is Charles Pitts/precincts/inhabitant occupier of dwelling house/minster precincts.

His neighbours included several Revs, a Very Rev D. D. and a Venerable.

            • In 1871 it goes Laurel Court House, then Prebendal House, then the Pittses. So maybe Prebendal House can be located.

              • Prebendal House is a Grade II listed building in Peterborough, City of Peterborough, England. See why it was listed, view it on a map, see visitor comments and photos and share your own comments and photos of this building.

                Maybe this will help.

Why couldn't Pitts call his house Shangri-La or something?

                  • Thanks Gary. What happened was it wouldn't load, so I asked if someone could access it, then I found it was hiding behind a page.

Awkward if he wanted to play his Black Sabbath albums loud.

                        • Gary everything seems snail's pace on FMP, but I think if you go to the 1871 and then go forward a page or two, there's a second prebendal house.

                          • I wonder why a teenaged Alice was working as a servant to a Leicester brazier in 1861?

                            Was she a wayward child?

Was there a pregnancy we haven't yet found?
