I made so bold as to email Drew Gray yesterday, and his reply was as Steve says:
"It hasn’t taken place Chris, but we hope to make it happen in 2023. I want it to be as inclusive as possible and costs were making that difficult. So thanks for asking and I guess it’s ‘watch this space’!"
