    Nina checked this fellow's creds and he checks out.
    Little old to be a pc during the AOT ( 43 years old in 1888), but he was. Discharged in 1898.

      To add..

      Henry Hoare died in 1936, aged 91years old.

      I believe, though am not certain, his wife, Mary Ann, died in 1937, aged 90.

            This article states that Hoare knew one ( not all as in the first clipping) of the victims.
