Some time ago, on a now closed thread, the point was raised about Swanson's obituary ( A rather hard to find one at that ) not mentioning his role in the Whitechapel Murders.
This obituary of Sir Robert Anderson's illustrates the point I was trying to get across that obituaries can and were published which did not mention officials roles in the Whitechapel Murders...as do other obituaries of individuals who were involved in different skeins of murders, etc......
