Good topic But I got a feeling that JTR didnt use a disguise. He was'nt going to a party, he was out to fulfill his need. He may have had a reversable coat to hide blood spatter but I doubt he needed it. The vics all had their their throats slashed "From ear to ear". This I think means the...

Its my perception Jack was asexual. His drive was fueled by a hatred of East End hookers or maybe hookers in general. Theres no evidence of sex with the vics. Perhaps he was in some way hurt by a hooker. Look at the Unibomber. I think Jack could have been the same sort.

Anyone remember these?
OK, Im old. But does anyone remember these TV shows? Sea Hunt, Adventures in Paridise, Route 66, The Troubleshooters, Wagon Train, Run for Your Life, and the countless Westerns that were the staples of the 50's and 60's? The westerns started dying out with the secret agent/Bond era thing. Shows like...

Hey its geat to hear from you Stan! I agree with you, nothing in this case is written in stone or it would have been solved years ago. I too hope for something from a great Grandmothers attic or an estate sale to provide another possible way to go.
I remember at the 2004 convention I was warned...

I met Rod too at Penn State in the early 70's. He was a really small guy' maybe 5'2 or 5'3. He joked about his shortness and told us both Twilight Zone and later Night Gallery had sets that made him look taller. He was great writer, and a really nice guy. I feel honored to have
met him.

Whoa How, I guess no one can call you a lucky stiff. I've had my own dangerous experiences with Viagra. Before developing an allergic reaction to bee and wasp venom, I was a horticulturist and landscape contractor for many years. I still do some consulting, writing, and collecting honorariums in the...

Ive probably seen only 30 or 40 movies on the list. Seems like the list guy is a young big Sci-Fi/ Fantasy fan. I liked the Eastwood westerns and dirty Harry films. Stallone is terrific. Hes a bright funny guy, a good writer who hammered his niche on the screen by talent and perseverence. Citizen Kane...

Right you are Chris! Good to hear from you again. I think Dr T peddled porn on the Erie Canal as a youngster. Also if Im not mistaken, the battle of Lake Erie is where Oliver Hazard Perry made the famous remark, "We have met the enemy and they are ours". I remember as a kid they had the hull...

Erie is nice. I remember as a 16 year old going there and renting a Honda 50 to cruise Presque Ile. One side is really nice, warm, sunny. lots of seabirds. The other side was cold and desolote. I think its called Misery Bay. Long gone is the Honda rental place, the Scott Motel, and "Don the Beeachcomber's"...

How did the conference go?
I keep looking for word from Knoxville, but hav'nt seen anything. I realize the high cost of gas and the economy going into the dumper probably hurt the conference. I would have loved to have attended, but the price of gas, having two residences, and two kids in college (one Ivy League) kind of got...
